The army is using Anthropologists as a cultural filter to help them do their job in new, quicker, and more precise ways. Some argue this will give a bad name to anthropology as a whole while others, including the soldiers, seem to praise these culural-scientists for their insight that allows them to have a new peace of mind and do their job better.
