New food labelling rules call for listing of allergens, gluten, sulphites

This is wonderful news for people. 90% of the items in my local grocery store are just "food-like." That is, heavily processed, full of preseratives and synthetic additives, and containing too much sugars and or coloring. YUCK! I really only shop in the meat, vegetables, and canned goods isles. EAT FOOD. MOSTLY VEGETABLES, NOT TOO MUCH.

Sour Cream cakes are one of my favorites. Textures which are moist and soft, and staying that way for days. This one will be delicious, I know it.

I made this lasagna this afternoon and the results are in: Delicious! And due to it's multiple types of cheese intertwined with tomato sauce it STAYS Together! It's a perfect beginner lasagna--nothing complex. Taste and texture A+ although I would say you'll maybe want to be adding salt as the ricotta cheese is on the sweet side. Perhaps cottage cheese would do as well.

Greek Lentil Soup (Fakes) - Allrecipes

MMmmm. This Greek-style lentil soup is tasty if done just right. I would agree with the other reviewers on allrecipes.com that you NEED to add the olive oil and red wine vinegar at the end. It adds the right flavours to create synergy in the dish. So tasty and very healthy as the only fat added is at the end, as mentioned before, extra virgin olive oil. It will take you less than an hour to make and fill your belly in a way you can feel good about.
