I think it's very much true that innovation is more important that invention at this point! We have more technology than we can use and our resources are finite.

Surely we could all benefit from knowing and acting on this information! Let's continue examining the factors involved in maintaining our health and fitness and help each other achieve such a longevity mindset. The most important point I've been practicing lately:

From the page: "Regular physical activity may improve brain function, both by increasing blood flow to the brain and stimulating the production of hormones and nerve growth factors involved in neurogenesis. Animal studies have found that physically active animals have better memories and more cells in their hippocampus. Exercise also plays a role in countering diseases like Type 2 diabetes, which increases the risk of dementia. Cholesterol and hypertension, which affect vascular health, also need to be kept in check."

Based on what I read I would be hard pressed to call this a robot but instead I would call it an intelligent tool... is that all a robot is? Where can you draw the line between a tool and a robot?

Anything that makes surgery easier and safer==WIN WIN :D

"The great thinker Buckminster Fuller, philosopher, now deceased but for a goodly portion of the twentieth century, pointed out at the beginning of our space exploration that we are the crew of `space ship earth'. But we 're a crew of mutiny and how can you run a space ship with a mutinous crew?"
